Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Mildred Clott
Mildred E. Clott, 97, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died August 2, 2015, at Persimmon Ridge, Portland, Indiana.
She was born January 21, 1918, in Piqua, OH, to Carl and Minnie (Oda) Wilhelm. On June 15, 1937, she married the late Hobart Clott, who died in 1983.
Surviving are a son and his wife, Donald & Pat Clott of Portland, IN; a sister, Margaret Moore of St. Marys, OH; two brothers, Richard Wilhelm of Tipp City, OH and Elbert Wilhelm of Piqua, OH; 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild and a sister-in-law, Maxine Wilhelm of Tipp City, OH.
Deceased are her son, Steven & his wife Linda Clott; six brothers, Cloyd, Lowell, Paul, John, Harold and Herbert Wilhelm and five sisters, Lois Henderson, Kathryn Jay, Henrietta Skinner, Hilda Morrow and Ruth Greer.
Mildred was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Fort Recovery, OH, where she taught Sunday school for many years. Throughout the years, she enjoyed gardening and helping on the family farm.
Services are 7:00 pm Thursday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, with Pastor Robin Owen, officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Calling is 4:00 pm-7:00 pm Thursday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home.
