Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Charles Miller
Charles E. Miller, 61, St. Marys, OH died 6:15 p.m. Saturday August 1, 2015 at his residence.
He was born November 9, 1953 in Lima, OH to John and Ruth (McAdow) Miller. On February 26, 1972 in St. Marys, OH he married Delores E. Brotherwood, who survives.
Also survived by: son Donald (Stacy Stevens) Miller of Topeka, IN daughter Marcia (James) Lutz of St. Marys, OH 7 grandchildren: Derek Miller, Kaleb Miller, Macy Miller, Ryan Miller, Allyson Lutz, Kaitlynn Lutz, Cortney Lutz, brother Ralph "Bud" Miller  of Mendon, OH, brother Larry Miller  of Celina, OH, sister Marilyn (Jim) Hernandez of Van Wert, OH, brother Jerry (Ginny) Miller of Celina, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents John and Ruth Miller; sister Martha "Jean" (Fred) Dotson.
He was employed as a driver for E. Conrad Trucking Co. in Van Wert, OH for more than 30 years.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed 4-wheeler ATV's, 4-wheel drive trucks, and spending time around a campfire with family and friends.
He attended the Pentecostal Way Church in Van Wert, OH.
Rites are scheduled to begin 6:00 p.m. Saturday August 8, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with the Pastor Bill Watson, officiating.
Visitation 2 – 6 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
