Lyn Lilly
Lyn Ann Lilly, 63, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 7:54 A.M. Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at the Ohio State University Medical Center, after a long illness.
She was born October 2, 1951, in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of Robert and Virginia (Schallenberg) Lilly.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Lilly of Saint Marys, and by an aunt, Doris Lauth of Saint Marys, and by numerous cousins. She is also survived by her three dogs, Oreo, Beau, and Lexi.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Lyn was a 1969 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School and she attended Lima Technical College. She retired from the United States Postal Service, where she was a mail handler. She dearly loved her dogs, and also enjoyed playing video games.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to either the Auglaize County Humane Society or the ASPCA.
