* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Christian Caggiano
Christian R. "Chris Cage" Caggiano, 67, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Born on May 22, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the only son of Christianne (Rouzeau) and the late Louis Caggiano.
In high school, he worked as a local disc jockey in the Niagara Falls area. In 1970, Chris earned a BA from the University of Dayton. As years went on, he worked for WVUD (University of Dayton), WLW, WING, WINE, WKKI, WERK, WERT, and WBYR- the Bear, which he owned until 1990.
Chris was also a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Redeemer Radio, Rotary Club of Fort Wayne, and board member with the Boy Scouts of America.
He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Amy (Giesige) Caggiano of Fort Wayne; daughters, Lauren (Chris Csicsko) Caggiano and Collette Caggiano, both of Fort Wayne; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, September 4, 2015 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2155 Randallia Dr., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior.
Calling will also be Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 1-3 pm & 5-8 pm at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, with a Rosary Service beginning at 5:15 pm.
Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of NE Indiana or Boy Scouts of America or to his daughter's educational fund c/o Collette Caggiano.
