* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

At 909 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Botkins, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Penny size hail, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Bellefontaine, Wapakoneta, Anna, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, Quincy, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Fryburg, Montra, Logansville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Swanders, and Bloom Center.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 97 and 110.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Dolores Selhorst
Dolores M. Selhorst, age 60, of Montezuma, died on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born February 21, 1955 in Coldwater to the late Ralph & Esther (Meyer) Frey. On July 6, 1974, she married Norman Selhorst, who survives in Montezuma.
She is survived by seven children, Robert & Peggy Selhorst of Jackson Center, Darrell & Jamie Selhorst of New Weston, Jeanne Selhorst of Montezuma, Derrick Selhorst of Montezuma, Valerie & Jason Harlow of Mt. Vernon, South Dakota, Kenneth Selhorst & Tracy Moeder of Yorkshire and Donald & Taylor Selhorst of New Weston, 19 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, brothers and sisters, Mary Jo & Paul Weitzel of Piqua, Irene Bruns of Chickasaw, Joseph & Shirley Frey of Osgood, Jim Frey of North Star and Ed & Marcia Frey of Osgood, and in-laws, Charles & Lois Selhorst of Coldwater and Mary Lou Selhorst of Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild, and in-laws, Ed Bruns and Carol Frey.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma, the Christian Mothers, and the Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
