The front end of a car rests in the living room of a home at the intersection of state Route 219 and county Road 219A after an Aug. 23 accident in Montezuma. A driver swerved to avoid a collision at the intersection and his car struck the house and the couch on which resident Kathy Adams was sleeping. She and her husband, Kevin, want officials to make the intersection safer.
