Scattered snow showers will continue through mid morning. With temperatures well below freezing, light snow accumulations will combine with lingering black ice from overnight, to create some slick spots on area roadways. In addition, brisk westerly winds will gust in the 25 to 35 mph range this morning.
If traveling this morning, allow for some extra time to reach your destination. Be prepared for slick conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses as well as untreated surfaces.

Bruce Ruedebusch
Bruce Norman Ruedebusch, 58, of Wapakoneta, died Sun. morning, Sept. 20, 2015, at his home following a sudden illness. He was born Aug. 18, 1957, in Lima, the son of the late Norman & Althea (Slattery) Ruedebusch.
Survivors include, 2 children, Madison (Kolin) Koehl, Cincinnati, OH, Wesley Bruce Ruedebusch, Celina, OH, his sister, Susan (Tim) McCarty, Dublin, OH, nephews, Benjamin, Christopher, Michael McCarty, his life partner, Tasha Wells, and her children, Heather, Chris, & Kelly Wells.
Bruce worked over 30 years as a driver with G.A. Wintzer & Son Co., Wapakoneta. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, and the Sons of the American Legion, Post #330, both of Wapakoneta. Bruce was a 1975 graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High School, and a graduate of the Lima Technical College.
He enjoyed rooting for his favorite NASCAR drivers, Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr., and was a loyal fan of Ohio State Football. Bruce always put others before himself, and was happiest when he was able to lend a helping hand to his friends and family.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m., Sat. Sept. 26, 2015, at First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta, with Rev. Dr. Kimberly Sieberling officiating. Burial is to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends 3-8 p.m., Fri. at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, and 1 hr. prior to the funeral Sat. at the church.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a fund established for Wesley's education through Minster State Bank.
