* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Kenneth Overley Jr.
Kenneth F. Overley, Jr., 78, St. Marys, OH died 3:02 a.m. Monday September 21, 2015 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born July 15, 1937 in St. Marys, OH to Kenneth and Vina (Steen) Overley, Sr.
Survivors include: daughter Lisa Gilliland of Celina, OH; 5 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: parents Kenneth and Vina Overley, Sr; son Terry "Bobo" Overley; sister Eileen Berry; sister Beatrice Metzger; brother William "Buckwheat" Overley; former wife Reba Ann Steinke.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was a retired production employee from Copeland Corp. in Sidney, OH and also worked as a service technician for Moran Refrigeration in St. Marys for a number of years.
He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie #767 in St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting and going out for coffee with his friends. Many people will remember seeing "Jr." riding around town on his scooter, with his faithful canine companion on the seat behind him.
Services are scheduled to begin 1:30 p.m. Friday September 25, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home at the conclusion of the funeral service.
Visitation 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
