Virginia Webb
Virginia Webb, 91, Mendon, OH, passed away at her residence surrounded by her family, on October 9, 2015 at 12:00 P.M.
She was born on April 23, 1924 in Spencerville, OH to Russel and Millie (Bowers) Simpson. She married Ross "Jake" Webb on February 3, 1943, they were together for 72 wonderful years and he survives in Mendon.
Other survivors include two sons, Daniel (Lillie) Webb, Mendon, and Gary Webb, Mendon; a daughter, Rox Ann (Michael) Ringer, Coldwater, MI; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by four brothers, Harold, Homer, Loyd, and Maurice Simpson; and two sisters, Addie Schwartz, and Pauline Squires.
Virginia was a devoted wife, homemaker and worked her entire life on the family farm. She will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Donald Clinger, officiating; where the family will receive friends from noon – 2:00 P.M. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery, Mendon, OH.
