Areas of fog still linger reducing visibility in a number of locations. There remain a few localized places where visibility is as low as one mile.
Visibility will continue to improve through the early morning hours. But motorists should still be prepared for changes in visibility along their route and exercise extra caution.

Pat Ernst of the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service and Wally Broering, Wabash River Conservancy District president, stand on dam 1 south of Eldora Speedway Tuesday morning. Behind the dam is a lake constructed to retain water and capture sediment. The cement structure with a ladder is called a principal spillway riser. Ernst was performing his annual inspection of the three flood control dams on the river.
