Fog has developed early this morning in the wake of recent rainfall. Visibility reductions around 1 mile or less are being observed, and some patchy dense fog cannot be ruled out.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Paul Meeds of Celina recalls his time in the South Pacific during World War II, when he saw heavy action carrying artillery shells to the front lines of battles for control of various islands. He also guarded German prisoners of war in the United States.
