* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

High winds damage barn

A barn on state Route 49 near Oregon Road lies twisted and scattered on the ground Thursday afternoon after high winds and gusts over 40 mph swept through the area during the day and overnight. Dispatchers in Mercer and Auglaize counties fielded several calls regarding power lines down and fallen trees blocking the roadway. No injuries were reported.
