Celina hit by yet another power outage
CELINA - For the second time in a week the city experienced a power outage Tuesday afternoon for about 25 minutes.
And again a squirrel was the culprit, according to Celina Mayor Jeff Hazel. The rodent struck a 69-kilovolt power line on the east side of town.
