At 548 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Monroe to near Hartford City, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Celina, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chattanooga, and Tama.

Larry Hellwarth
Larry Michael Hellwarth, age 65, of Celina, passed away Monday evening, December 14, 2015 at his residence, after a three year battle with prostate cancer.
He was born on March 23, 1950 in Celina, to Maurice Edson & Joanne Lolea (Powell) Hellwarth. His Mother, Joanne Hellwarth Jutte, survives in Celina. His Father passed away on September 9, 1965.
Larry married Diana Marie (Moore) on July 1, 1972, and she survives, along with their four Children: Terry Michael Hellwarth and Tracy Marie (Trent) Hamrick, all of Celina, Tara Martell (Jeffrey) Davis of Belle Center and Tiffany Markel Hellwarth of Troy. Also surviving are two sisters, Diane (Raymond) Tomko of Cleveland and Deborah (Mel) Gephart of Placerville, CA, seven grandchildren: Zachary Hellwarth, Logan, Peyton & Ashton Hamrick, Lane & Brittan Crutchfield and Zander Dennis, and two step-grandchildren: Philip & Shelby Davis, his mother-in-law and father-in-law: Wanda & Bill Pyle, of Coldwater, and brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Kevin (Jenny) Pyle of Celina and Peggy (Tim) Vaught of Hardin, KY.
A 1969 graduate of Celina High School, Larry served in the United States Army in Vietnam. Larry was self-employed, and founded Grand Lake Packaging, LLC, in 2008. Prior to starting his own business he had worked with Stock Lumber Co. for 35 years. He had also been a semi truck driver for Cheeseman Trucking, Case Leasing, Conrad Trucking and Schroyer Trucking.
Larry attended and was a faithful member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina for 44 years. He taught Sunday School classes for the 4 & 5 year olds for 25 years. Larry had also served as a church board member.
His family and grandchildren were Larry's pride and joy. An avid outdoorsman, Larry enjoyed hunting and trapping. He also played golf and volleyball for many years. Larry was a lifetime member of the NRA and a member of Celina VFW Post #5713.
Funeral Services will be at 11 AM, Saturday, Dec. 19th at Grace Missionary Church in Celina, with Rev. Brett Sauder, Rev. Bruce Head and Rev David Biberstein, officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina with military rites performed by Celina American Legion Post #210 and Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #5713.
Calling Hours are from 1-4:00 and 5-8:00 P.M., Friday, December 18th and from 10-11:00 AM, Saturday at Grace Missionary Church.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Grace Missionary Church or to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
