HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

James Sampson
James H. Sampson, 87, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 2:23 P.M. Monday, December 21, 2015, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born November 18, 1928, in Gahanna, Ohio, the son of James and Mathilda (Hiebert) Sampson. He married Elizabeth "Betty" Kelley on September 30, 1950, and she preceded him in death on January 31, 2014.
He is survived by his children: David Sampson of Minster; Ruth (Dean) Wale of Saint Marys; James (Carla) Sampson of Saint Marys; John (Kathy) Sampson of Saint Marys; Patrick (Cathy) Sampson of Saint Marys; Anna (Kevin) Katterhenry of Celina; Julie (James) Hollman of Saint Marys. He is survived by his grandchildren: Brenda (Scott) Howell; Brian (Michelle) Wale; Mike Sampson; Joey Sampson; Amanda (Darren) DeMange; Elizabeth Sampson; Tyler Sampson; Mallory Sampson; Nicholas Fortman; Brooke (Garrett) Gray; Lisa (Charles) Howe; Nick (Sarah) Katterhenry; Nanette Katterhenry; James Hollman; Matthew Hollman and Jacob Hollman. He is survived by his great-grandchildren: Ben Howell; Brett Howell; Trent Wale; Carter Wale; Lilly Sampson; Kaylee Katterhenry; Ethan Howe; Charley Howe. He is also survived by his great-great-grandchildren: Ethan Howell; Eli DeMange and Makenna Gray. He is survived by his siblings: Jean Young of Van Wert; Merle (Mary) Sampson of Swanton, Ohio; George (Charlotte) Sampson of Greenfield, Ohio; Thelma Houser of Mendon; Tillie Washburn of Saint Marys; Shirley (Clay) Davis of Lima; Albert (Cathy) Sampson of Dublin, Ohio. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Ruth Fink of Saint Marys.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; a son, Michael Sampson; one brother, Bernard (and Mary) Sampson.
Jim retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He was an avid gardener, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Funeral rites will be held 1:00 P.M.Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Ohio, the Reverend Barry Stechschulte, officiant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Activities Fund, in honor of Jim's son, David.
