* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

James Anderson
James L. Anderson, 86, St. Marys, OH died 6:00 a.m. Thursday December 31, 2015 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born August 12, 1929 in Chickasaw, OH to Richard and Adelia (Topp) Anderson, Sr. On November 24, 1955 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, OH he married Jean Roth, who died December 6, 2015.
Survivors include: son Gary (Sharon) Anderson of St. Marys, OH; 2 grandchildren: Scott Anderson and Amy Anderson; brother Richard (Linda) Anderson of New Bremen, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Richard and Adelia Anderson, Sr.; wife Jean Anderson; sister Lois Waterman.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served aboard the USS John R. Craig during the Korean War. He was a retired production employee from New Idea in Coldwater (48 years of service). His favorite pastimes included watching auto racing and football.
Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Saturday January 9, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial, with full graveside military honors, will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 9:30–11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
