Crews on Monday morning continue to work on wetland creation on Grand Lake as part of the Coldwater Creek Treatment Train project. The weather today is expected to be mostly cloudy with snow and a high of 26, local weatherman Dennis Howick said. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and cold with a low of 2. Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 20.
