* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Amanda Walters
Amanda Marie (Fullenkamp) Walters, age 36, passed away January 11, 2016, at 7:10 pm, at the St. Rita's Medical Center after a long courageous fight with pancreatic cancer.
Amanda Marie was born October 19, 1979 in Portland, IN, to Edward and Janice (Mawhorr) Fullenkamp who preceded her in death. On July 25, 2009 she married Zachary Walters who survives in Lima.
Amanda was a 1998 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. After high school she attended Wright State University where she received dual associate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. She had worked for several years utilizing her degrees in engineering.
In 2010 Amanda went back to college and received another associates degree in Social Services from Rhodes State College. She then took a position with Juvenile Detention Center as a corrections officer and then transitioned into the clerk position with the Juvenile Courts and worked there until her illness prevented her from doing so.
Amanda was a member of the F.O.P.A. She loved spending time with her family and friends and her "Fur Baby-Santana".
Amanda is survived by 3 sisters; Julia (Rick) Kremer of Ft. Recovery, OH, Kimberly (Fred) Thomas of Dayton, OH and Lori (Darwin) Bostick of Dayton, OH, her father and mother-in-law, Ernest and Tammy Walters of Lima, OH, a brother-in-law, Ernest "Lee" (Teresa) Walters of Celina, OH, 3 special friends; Russell White of Lima, OH, Stephanie (Brent) Pierce of Spencerville, OH and Matt (Amanda) Macklin of Lima, OH.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 3:00 pm at the Chiles-Laman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel. Officiating the service will be Pastor Mike Spaulding. Burial of cremated remains will be done privately at a later date.
Friends may call on Saturday from 1-3 pm at the Shawnee Chapel.
