Jimmy Burch
Jimmy F. Burch, 70, of Wapakoneta, OH died 9:29 p.m. Friday January 15, 2016 at VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH.
He was born February 21, 1945 in Celina, OH to Carl and Freda (Place) Burch.
Survivors include: son Michael Burch of Gwinn, MI; daughter Cindy (Jason) Pauff of Westerville, OH; daughter Amy (Jonathan) Chaney of Troy, OH; son James (Sara) Burch of Celina, OH; 8 grandchildren; sister Wanda Huey of Wapakoneta, OH; sister Carol (Scott) Miller of Wapakoneta, OH; sister Donna (Hank) Hembree of Celina, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Carl and Freda Burch.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Burch retired from Plasti-Pak Corp. in Jackson Center, OH, where he worked as a line supervisor. He had also worked as a welder for the Fruehauf Corp. in Delphos, OH.
His favorite activities included fishing, hunting and being outdoors.
Rites are scheduled to begin 7:00 p.m. Tuesday January 19, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Don Clinger will officiate the services. Military funeral honors will be conducted at the funeral home.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
