HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Ruth Tobe
Ruth C. Tobe, 89, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died on January 24, 2016, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center, Greenville, Ohio.
She was born November 25, 1926, in Frenchtown, Ohio, to the late Alfred and Ursula (Barga) DeMange. On May 29, 1948, in Frenchtown, Ohio, she married the late Otto J. Tobe Jr., who died March 6, 1985.
Surviving are ten children, Francis (Eileen) Tobe of Fort Recovery, OH, Gary (Susan) Tobe of Union, OH, Sandra (Roger) Groff of Fort Recovery, OH, Sharon Tobe of Dayton, OH, Linda Tobe of Titusville, FL, Wanda (William) Siefring of Rossburg, OH, Hubert "Butch" Tobe of Fort Recovery, OH, Ivan Tobe of Fort Recovery, OH, Elmer (Mary) Tobe of Fort Wayne, IN, and Duane Tobe of Fort Recovery, OH; a brother, Robert (Mary) DeMange of Ansonia, OH; a sister, Phyllis Link of Coldwater, OH; 22 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Alice DeMange of Versailles, OH, and Alvina DeMange of Piqua, OH; her in-laws, Camilla Wenning of St. Henry, OH and Donna Jean (Walter) Zagar of Chardon, OH.
Deceased are her infant sister, Betty Louise DeMange, and her other siblings and their spouses, Paul and Helen DeMange, Marie and Ed Vagedes, Francis and Betty DeMange, Rosemary and Herb Tobe, Homer DeMange, and Earl DeMange, her brother-in-law, Elmer Link, her in-laws, Bernadine and Joseph Scherra, Cletus and Verena Tobe, Mary and Harold Schwieterman, Paul Wenning, and Joseph Tobe.
Ruth was a homemaker and also helped manage the family farm. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and the church's Altar Sodality.
Ruth enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and taking care of her grandchildren. Her pet dogs held a special place in her heart and she loved them dearly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, with Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 9:00 -10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
