* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Cheryl Ann associates work on a job for Fort Recovery Industries. Employment services are offered through the Cheryl Ann Group, which was founded more than 40 years ago as an arm of the Mercer County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
