Geraldine Miracle
Geraldine E. Miracle, 77, of Celina, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at 11:15 pm in Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, Ohio.
She was born August 23, 1938, in Celina, Ohio, to Victor "Ted" and Lucille (Hone) Heindel, both preceded her in death. On December 10, 1955 she married James C. Miracle, they were together for 60 years; he survives at the residence in Celina, Ohio.
Other survivors include three daughters, Malinda "Sue" (Terry) Teboe, Willshire, Ohio, Cindy Anderson, St. Marys, and Denise (Pat) Brophy, Celina; a brother, Keith (Crista) Heindel, Celina; a sister-in-law, Doris Heindel, Rockford, Ohio; 8 grandchildren, John (Chris) Ellis, Jim Bradshaw, Shonda (David) Gray, Ryan Brophy, Craig, Kyle, Samantha, and Ashley Anderson.
She is also preceded in death by a son, James L. Miracle; a brother, Wayne Heindel; and a grandson, Benji Bradshaw.
Geraldine was a 1956 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She was employed by Huffys, Celina, Ohio. In 1968, she lost her fingers in a tragic accident, which became her testimony for Christ.
She was an active member of Celina Baptist Temple Church, Celina, Ohio.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church, playing the piano, and her passion was the Reformers Unanimous Program at the Celina Baptist Temple Church in her role as secretary. She touched so many lives! Those fortunate enough to have known her, are the better for it! She was so loved by so many.
Visitation hours will be from 1–6 pm on Saturday, March 12, 2016 in the Celina Baptist Temple Church, 7505 Celina-Mendon Rd., Celina, OH 45822.
A Celebration of Her Life will begin at 2:00 pm on Sunday in Celina Baptist Temple Church with Pastor Steve Clayton, officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, Ohio.
Contributions can be made to Celina Baptist Temple Church, Reformers Unanimous Addictions Program.
