* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

Norma Jean Baxter
FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Illinois - Norma (Jean) Baxter, 87, died at 9:35 p.m., Tuesday March 22, 2016, at her Fairview Heights, IL residence.
Although relocating many times throughout her life, she considered her residence of over 50 years in Aurora, CO, to be "home."
Jean was born January 15, 1929, in Akron, OH, to Wilbur D. and Eva E. (Osborn) Mouse. On Oct. 7, 1951, she married Robert C. Baxter of St. Marys, OH, who died Feb. 20, 1991.
She is survived by two daughters, Dawn K. Wexler, Colorado Springs, CO; Jill B. Gerber, Glendora, CA; and two sons, Keith R. Baxter, Savannah, GA; and Brent R. Baxter, Fairview Heights, IL; fifteen grandchildren, Amber, Arianna, Elise, Jesse, Josiah, Nicholas, Schuyler, and Suzanna Baxter; Tristan Gerber;  Lindsey (Baxter) Kepley; Gabriel, Grace, Samuel, and Shaina Wexler; and Alyssa (Baxter) Wheeler.
Mrs. Baxter was a 1947 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys, OH, and a 1950 graduate of Bowling Green (Ohio) University. She worked at Goodyear-St. Marys for six years during and after high school and then dedicated her life to being a full-time wife, homemaker and mother. She was a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church of Aurora, CO, where she actively participated in choir and numerous Bible studies. 
Services are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Tuesday March 29, 2016 at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys, with the  Rev. Keith Baxter, officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
