A pair of fishermen try their luck in a channel near Harmon's Landing on the south side of Grand Lake on Friday morning during the two-day Crappie USA Tournament, the nation's largest crappie fishing series. The tournament continues today. The event features pro, amateur and kayak divisions, as well as a kids fishing rodeo in which participants are eligible for one of the six $1,000 college scholarships awarded annually.
