Landmark Structures of Fort Worth, Texas, on Sunday raised the bowl to the top of a new 1-million-gallon water tower it is constructing in the Grand Lake Industrial Park east of Celina. The tower, though, will not be ready for use until fall, Celina Mayor Jeff Hazel said. The city's board of controls last year awarded a $2.27 million contract to Landmark to erect the tower.
