In addition, brisk westerly winds will gust in the 25 to 35 mph range this morning. If traveling this morning, allow for some extra time to reach your destination. CELINA - A proposed condominium/hotel-style resort along West Bank Road is nearing the state permitting process, mayor Jeff Hazel told council members at a recent committee meeting.
