Billie Jean Slone, 70, St. Marys, died at 4:02 p.m. May 7, 2016, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
Rites are 8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys.
Private family burial will follow.
