Adam Hofacker, right, of After Hours Barbeque, Orrville, and helper Tyler Schroer serve barbecue ribs on Friday during the 10th Annual Mercer County Ribfest at the fairgrounds in Celina. The event continues today with a craft show from 11 a.m.-5 pm., Country Star Playoffs from 12:30-3:30 p.m., Life Size Porky Pong at 1 p.m. and a rib eating contest at 8 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Saw Creek from 5-8 p.m. and 1988 Band from 9 p.m.-midnight.
