CELINA - City council members this week unanimously approved final reading of legislation to change the zoning to allow owner Kerry Roberts to relocate C-Town Wings to a larger facility to be built on Havemann Road.

Celina senior Jacob Rasawehr advanced to the Division I state track and field championships next week with a second-place in the discus at the regional meet on Wednesday at Amherst Steele High School.

It wasn't going to happen this time around.
