* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Ball State University students Cole Dejongh and graduate assistant for the field day program Amanda Balough search recently for artifacts in Fort Recovery as 9-year-old Coldwater resident Russell Moorman helps Ball State student Bryan Mitchell sift through excavated dirt. Ball State students may have unearthed a foundation of one of the blockhouses from the original fort built in 1793, although tests must still confirm the accuracy of the identification. Work at the site continues through June 17.
