Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Avery Stachler, background, and Layla Irmscher tie for the longest time a camper could hula hoop during Camp Kazoo in Celina's Eastview Park on Monday morning. The camp was started by a trio of Celina High School sophomores. Grace McGowan had fond memories of a camp she had attended as a youngster in Springboro and recruited McKenna Black and Hope Ebbing to start a similar camp in Celina.
