* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Troy Jones
Troy Jones, Jr., 67, of Mendon, died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening, June 18, 2016, at the Inpatient Hospice in Van Wert, Ohio.
He was born on March 29, 1949, in Jellico, Tennessee, the son of Troy and Ruby (Fuson) Jones Sr. On September 23, 1968, he married Sharon Unger who survives in Mendon.
Troy was a carpenter and retired from H.A. Dorsten Construction in Minster, Ohio. He had lived in the Mendon-Celina area the majority of his life and was a member of the Rockford Fraternal Order of Eagles #1292.
Surviving in addition to his wife Sharon are two sons and one daughter: Troy Ray Jones of King Salmon, Alaska; Keith Jones, of Palmer, Alaska; and his daughter, Beverly (Alex) Rowen of Rockford, Ohio. Troy has six grandchildren also surviving: Kelsi (Tristen) Bowen of Wasilla, Alaska; Tianna Jones of Vogelweh Air Force Base, Germany; Ashton Jones of Palmer, Alaska; Miranda Hubert of Lima, Ohio; Alison Rowen of Rockford, Ohio; and Tyler Rowen, also of Rockford, Ohio. His brother Kenneth (Vicky) Jones survives in Mendon, Ohio, as does his sister, Billie Jo (Bill) Heindel, also of Mendon. Deceased is his daughter, Amanda Jones.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Samaria Missionary Baptist Church, Lambert Road, St. Marys, Ohio, with Pastor Jack Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, Ohio.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford.
