Members of Girl Scout Troop 20212 from Wapakoneta douse a runner with color during the Summer Kickoff Color Run/Walk 5K. The second annual color run was held on Saturday as part of the Lake Improvement Association's Summer Kickoff, which raises money to improve Grand Lake.
