Maria Droesch
Maria A. Droesch, 17, of Kirklin, Indiana, and St. Henry, OH, died in an automobile accident Monday, June 20, 2016 in Clinton County, IN.
She was born April 14, 1999, in Coldwater, OH, the daughter of Kevin Droesch and Jill (Boeckman) Biddle.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin (Michelle) Droesch, St. Henry, OH, and Jill (George) Biddle, Kirklin, IN.
Also surviving are a brother, Tyler Droesch of Kirklin, IN; two step brothers, Jordan and Trevor Steinbrunner of St. Henry, OH, grandparents, John and Linda Boeckman of Coldwater, OH and Cyril and Mary Ann Droesch of St. Henry, OH; step grandparents, George and Beverly Biddle of Kirklin, IN and Charles and Lois Selhorst of Coldwater, OH; and great grandparents, Eileen Boeckman of Coldwater, OH and Ruth Mueller of Maria Stein, OH.
Preceding her in death is her godfather, Bruce Roessner.
She was a student at Clinton Central High School, Michigantown, IN and would have entered the senior class this fall. She was employed as a server at Wesley Manor, Frankfort, IN.
Maria was an active member of the Kirklin Hoosier 4-H Club, the Junior Leaders of the Clinton County 4-H program and was a member of the high school FCCLA and choir. She was a member of both the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Frankfort, IN, and the St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, Ohio.
She loved animals, enjoyed reading and had a wonderful way of making people laugh and smile. Maria truly loved being with family and friends and didn't know a stranger.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 pm Friday, June 24, 2016 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, Ohio, with Fr. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial will follow at St. Henry Cemetery, St. Henry.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Thursday and 11:30 am-12:15 pm Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
