* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rose Ann Kinnison
Rose Ann (Brock) Kinnison, age 88 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 2:16 a.m. on June 23, 2016 at the Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
She was born on May 17, 1928 in Hopewell Township to the late Elmer & Nellie (Stetler) Brock. On Feb. 22, 1948 she married Harold Kinnison, who died Nov. 4, 1999.
Rose Ann is survived by her son Robert Kinnison of Celina, her daughter and son-in-law Fonda & Richard Mason of Celina, two grandchildren Chad Mason and Shawn Mason, and a sister Wanda Stein of Lima.
She was preceded in death by her Daughter-in-law Rebecca Kinnison and her brother-in-law Donald Stein.
Rose Ann graduated from Celina Senior High School with the Class of 1946. She was the secretary of the Kinnison's Tin Shop Inc. from 1960 to 1990, then retired. She was a member of the Wabash Church and attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina and was a member of the Celina Chapter #91 Order of Eastern Stars since 1965 and was a Past Matron.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday June 27, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Wilton Hull officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday June 26, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home and from 10:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Eastern Star membership services will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Eastern Star Chapter #91 or the St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
