* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 50 mph expected. Isolated gusts near 55 MPH are possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Making a splash

Children play on Monday evening at the new splash pad at New Bremen's Komminsk Legacy Park. Improvements on the former Lions Park began in 2015 and include a new restroom facility, a concrete slide, lion sculptures, a shaded sitting area and outdoor musical instruments.
