* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Debra Hall
Debra K. Hall, age 61, of St. Marys, passed away at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 6:42 am.
She was born August 30, 1954 in Lima, to the late Loy Sheets and Luella (Vogt) Moysey. On September 20, 1975 she married the love of her life, Michael Hall and he survives in St. Marys.
She is also survived by her children, Melinda (Erick) Silber, St. Marys, and Christopher Hall, Portland, OR; a brother, Ron (Julie) Sheets, Spencerville; and two grandchildren, Hailee Andreoni and Harrison Silber, both of St. Marys.
She is also preceded in death by a sister, Pennie Sanderson; and two grandchildren, Harper and Harlow Silber.
Deb was a 1972 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She worked at Crown Equipment Corporation, New Knoxville. She attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Friday, July 15, 2016, at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday morning in the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Rev. Ed Bray officiating; the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Association.
