At 631 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Recovery, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Newport, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Moulton, Wabash, Osgood, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, North Star, Montezuma, New Weston, Yorkshire, and Tama.

Helen Freeman
Helen J. Freeman, age 96 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 8 a.m. Friday July 29, 2016 at the Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Living Community.
She was born on July 18, 1920 in Celina, Ohio to the late Orie & Margeret (Fifer) Hight. On Sept. 22, 1939 she married Harold L. Freeman, who died on May 23, 1981.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Judith & Louis Finneyfrock of Frederick, MD, one granddaughter Karen Finneyfrock of Seattle WA., two sisters Ruth Figley of St. Marys and June Hanni of Rockford, great granddaughter Molly Rhoades of Frederick, MD and numerous nieces and nephews.
Helen was preceded in death by her two sons David Freeman, Michael Freeman, a granddaughter Beth Rhoades, her brother Owen Hight, and two brothers-in-law Leon Hanni and Glen Figley.
She was a member of the Grace Missionary Church in Celina, Celina Flower and Garden Club and the Sunshine Singers of Celina. She was a life long homemaker and enjoyed traveling.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday Aug. 2, 2016 at the Grace Missionary Church in Celina, with Rev. Brett Sauter officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
