* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Dan Rothe and Alex Jenkins, both of St. Marys, show off some of their catch after the pair won the Cabela's King Kat Tournament in Portsmouth. Rothe and Jenkins' total catch tipped the scales at over 93 pounds.
