* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

South Lake Court, a private cul-de-sac abutted by 21 lots in the Hillside North Subdivision located off state Route 219 between Montezuma and Windy Point State Park, remains unfinished. Some homeowners want the county to pay to have the final coat of asphalt applied to the street.
