* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

* WHAT...Heat index values up to 100 expected.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.

Fall festival set-up

Scott Hoening hangs a string of lights Thursday morning for the main stage for the Grand Lake St Marys State Park Fall Festival that starts today and continues through Sunday. Events include a car cruise-in, kids' games and activities, farmers' market, food, musical entertainment, canoe and kayak demonstration and arts and craft vendors.
