* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Betty Eckhart
Betty J. Eckhart, 86, Rockford, OH died 7:50 a.m. Saturday September 10, 2016 at her residence in Rockford, OH.
She was born October 26, 1929 in Walbridge, OH to Robert and Virginia (Scott) Heileman.
Survivors include: son Bob (Trina) Smith of Rocky Ridge, OH; daughter Khristina Scher of Elkhart, IN; son Charles Eckhart of Celina, OH; daughter Tammy Eckhart of Rockford, OH; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Robert and Virginia Heileman; daughter Virginia Craven; son Michael Oehlers; brother Willard "Dune" Schmidt.
A homemaker, she had previously worked on the family farm near Willshire, OH and as a nursing assistant for Colonial Nursing Home in Rockford, OH.
Her favorite pastimes included watching television and caring for others.
Private services will be held.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to assist with final expenses.
