* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Darke and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 929 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Recovery, Sharps Crossing, Greenville, Coldwater, Union City, St. Henry, Ansonia, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, New Weston, Rose Hill, Brock, Cosmos, andPikeville.

Lee Kattman
Lee Kattman, 87, New Knoxville, Ohio, died 5:27 A.M. Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community.
He was born March 11, 1929, in New Knoxville, the son of Abner and Salome (Schuler) Kattman.
He married Martha Adams on October 19, 1950, and she preceded him in death on March 14, 2009.
He is survived by his children: Brenda Kattman of Lima; Gary (Beth) Kattman of Greensboro, North Carolina. He is survived by one grandson, Michael Kattman of Nashville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; siblings Tad Kattman, Mark Kattman, and Larry Joe Kattman.
Lee was a 1947 graduate of New Knoxville High School and a graduate of Northwestern Business School in Lima. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Korea during the war there. He retired in 1994 as the manager of the Hoge Brush Company in New Knoxville.
He was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville, where he had served as a Deacon, Elder and Sunday School Superintendent of the church. He was a member of American Legion Post 444, New Knoxville. Lee took great pride in visiting friends and church members as he quietly lived his faith.
Funeral rites will be held 12:00 Noon Thursday, September 29, 2016, at the First Church of New Knoxville, the Reverend Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial, with military honors conducted by American Legion Post 444, will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at the First Church Of New Knoxville, where memorial gifts may be given to the Radio Broadcast Fund of the church.
