Mary Lou Goodwin, 87, Van Wert, died at 7:25 p.m. Sept. 24, 2016, at Van Wert Manor.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
No calling hours will be held. Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, is handling arrangements.
Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
