SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. At 7:55 PM, a tornado was reported 4 miles north of Fort Recovery.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
Locations impacted include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Neptune, Carthagena, and Maria Stein.

John Meyer
John Henry Meyer of Charlotte, NC formerly of Celina, Ohio, died Sunday, September 25th, 2016.
Born January 1, 1929, in Greenville, Ohio, John was the son of the late Albert and Mildred (Yaney) Meyer.
John graduated from Coldwater High School prior to enlisting with the U.S. Marine Corps, surviving in the 3rd Battalion, 10th Marines during the Korean War as a Radio Operator.
He received his Manufacturing Engineering Degree from Purdue University. While living in Celina, Ohio, John worked with Yaney Real Estate and New Idea Farm Equipment Company in Coldwater, Ohio. John and his wife Pauline relocated to Charlotte in 1972, after accepting a position with Duff-Norton Company in Charlotte.
After retirement from Duff-Norton John kept busy with his real estate investments and enjoyed traveling.
John was a former member of Saint Paul's United Methodist Church. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason member of The Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio-St. Marys Chapter.
He was preceded in death by his wife Pauline, who passed in 2002 and his twin sister Jane Tullis, who passed in 2004.
Surviving family members are his children Teresa (Eric) Harris of Denver, NC., John Michael (Mary Brown) Meyer of Charlotte; and grandson Spencer Meyer Harris of Raleigh, NC.
A private service will be held at a later date.
