* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 50 mph expected. Isolated gusts near 55 MPH are possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Paving prep work

Shelly Co. workers this week begin milling streets in Celina, with paving expected to start on Monday. According to city officials, streets to be milled and paved include Logan Street, Brandon Avenue, Fairground Road and Wilkins Street. Also, all the former drives in Mercelina Park will be completely milled out. Dirt stockpiled there will be used to level the ground.
