* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Celina Fire Chief Doug Wolters inspects the top of city hall on Main Street in preparation of forthcoming maintenance work. City council members last week set aside $21,000 to fund repairs and general maintenance of the building constructed in 1890.
