* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

City crews on Wednesday move dirt at the site of the former Mercelina Mobile Court on Lake Shore Drive. A subcontractor is expected to begin milling the streets at the site, now owned by the city, next week, mayor Jeff Hazel said this morning.
