Brandon reconstruction

Brandon Avenue at the intersection of Livingston Street in Celina lies in rubble as part of an ongoing road reconstruction project. The $588,000, city-financed endeavor consists of the reconstruction of Brandon Avenue, including curbs, sidewalks and water lines between Logan Street and Livingston Street. Once completed, Brandon Avenue will be repaved to Touvelle Street.
