* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening through the overnight hours. These storms could lead to additional flooding.

Jennie Hecht
Jennie A. Hecht, 62, of Sandusky, OH, passed away at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, OH, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.
She was born July 9, 1954 in Detroit, MI to Thomas and Edna (Holke) McKinnon; both preceded her in death. Jennie married David Hecht on July 12, 1975 and they were together for 41 years and he survives at the residence in Sandusky.
Other survivors include a son Erik (Monique Archer) Hecht, Brisbane, Australia; a daughter, Kirsten Hecht, Gainesville, FL; a grandson, Dmitry Kardasz; in-laws, Robert (Martha) Hecht, Celina; two sister-in-law's, Dianne McKinnon and family, and Ellen Hecht and family; and two brother-in-law's, Rev. William Hecht and family, and Steven Hecht and family.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, David McKinnon.
Jennie was a 1972 graduate of Lakeview High School in Michigan. She received her bachelor's degree in 1976 from Capital University in Columbus. She worked for many years as a piano teacher. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and had a strong faith in God.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
